Kendall Jenner’s Exes Ben Simmons and Bad Bunny Attend the 2024 Met Gala

On Monday, May 6, NBA players Ben Simmons and music superstar Bad bunny arrived (separately) at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City to celebrate the opening of the Costume Institute’s exhibition “Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion.”

As one of the co-chairs of the event, the 30-year-old Bad Bunny certainly wouldn’t disappoint with his outfit. While posing on the red carpet, the rapper showed off a tailored navy blue suit from Maison Margiela with white threads and red stripes.

He completed his look with an oversized beret, statement sunglasses, leather gloves and a navy bouquet of flowers – likely an ode to the Garden of Time dress code.

“You can’t really improvise for the Met,” Bad Bunny said in an interview with Fashion on April 29 while teasing his appearance. “If I want to go to another red carpet and I decide at the last minute to wear boxers, I’ll do it. I’ll just do it.”

Not to be outdone, Simmons, 27, was set to star in an ensemble styled by Thom Browne Wesmore Perriott. While his trench coat, bow tie, and rosy red tones are enough to make this look a winner, many fashion fans were quick to turn their attention to his watch briefcase.

While the star-studded event is intended to celebrate fashion, it could also provide the opportunity for a few celebrity clashes.

Jenner is expected to attend the Met Gala and may run into one of her ex-girlfriends. The Kardashians The star was first linked to Bad Bunny in February 2023 when they were spotted on a date in Beverly Hills. However, their breakup was confirmed in December of the same year.

Jenner, 28, had a summer fling with Simmons back in 2018 before ending the relationship after just four months.

Since there are no cameras allowed at the event, it can be difficult to keep up with everything – especially when it involves Jenner’s ex Harry Styles (who is known to attend the Met) appears.
