Keanu Reeves and Girlfriend Alexandra Grant “see Each Other as Soulmates”

Keanu Reeves and girlfriend Alexandra Grant are in a great place despite keeping their romance largely out of the public eye.

“They see each other as soulmates,” a source exclusively reveals in the latest issue of Us weekly about Reeves and Grant’s dynamic.

According to the insider, the couple prefers to keep their relationship low key.

“They are naturally shy, so there is no over-intensity or jealousy on either side,” the source notes. “Alexander appreciates that Keanu is a complete gentleman who encourages her to pursue her passions while saying she is one of the nicest people he has ever met.”

Reeves, 59, and Grant, 54, originally met at a dinner party in 2009. They then worked together on Reeves’ books Ode to happiness And Shadow and opened their own publishing company, X Artists Books.

“The book was made by me as a surprise for Keanu, as a private gift,” Grant said British Vogue from Ode to happiness in 2020. “All of our friends sitting in the room giggled when I gave it to him – they said, ‘Please publish it!’ That’s how we got into publishing.”

After developing a friendship, Reeves and Grant took their relationship to the next level. They made their romance public in November 2019, a second source said Us that the two have been “together for years” and “it’s no secret.”

Grant recently shared insight into her romance with Reeves when she discussed their shared interest in art.

Another insider told Us last year that Reeves and Grant are “usually homebodies” who prefer to spend “quiet nights alone or small gatherings” with their friends.

“Things are great between them. They are very happy together,” the source shared in November 2023, adding that the two make an “amazing” match. “[They are] Both are very relaxed and easy-going by nature.”

Earlier this month, Reeves and Grant made a rare red carpet appearance at the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) Gala in Los Angeles. The duo was even photographed kissing after posing for photos at the event.
