Hardik Pandya was the target of relentless criticism from Mumbai Indians (MI) Fans, both online and offline. Despite appeals from cricketers and notable personalities to end the negativity, fans continue to troll the MI captain.
Previously, Ravichandran Ashwin And Navjot Singh Sidhu had expressed their support for Pandya amid increasing hostility towards him. Now former Indian cricketer Wasim Jaffer has joined them in support Indian All-rounder.
Wasim Jaffer’s supportive message for Hardik Pandya
After his dismissal because of a golden duck Lucknow Super Giants (LSG), Pandya was ridiculed by fans on social media. Reacting to this, Jaffer expressed his solidarity with the 30-year-old cricketer. Jaffer encouraged Pandya to stay strong despite all the hate and wished him success in the upcoming T20 World Cup 2024. He also condemned the behavior of the trolls and noted that their voices would turn positive once Pandya performed well for Team India he brings.

Despite a dip in form, Pandya was entrusted with the role of vice-captain in the Indian squad T20 World Cup 2024, highlights its undeniable potential. He also became India’s top scorer in the semi-final of that competition, showcasing his ability to thrive under pressure with a crucial innings of 63 runs off 33 balls.
