Bollywood actress Preity Zinta delighted her fans with an exciting interactive session on social media platform X today. Despite her busy schedule, she generously took time out to answer a host of interesting questions from her loyal admirers. Amid the lively exchange, Preity also gave some exciting insights, including about her favorite player Punjab Kings (PBKS) and a charming revelation about how she still whips up delicious aloo parathas for her beloved cricket franchise, Punjab.

During their exciting Twitter session, a fan asked: “Who is your all-time favorite Punjab Kings or Kings XI Punjab player?” Without hesitation, Preity replied with admiration and quoted Virender Sehwag as “dangerous Veeru” and Adam Gilchrist. She praised Sehwag, who is known for his commanding on-field presence and explosive hitting, while expressing her admiration for Gilchrist, whom she found incredibly inspiring to watch.

An inspiring leader and an explosive star
Between 2014 and 2015, Sehwag showcased his batting brilliance, amassing a total of 660 runs in 30 matches. Notably, his outstanding performance included a remarkable knock of 122 runs against him Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the qualifying match of the 2014 season. Meanwhile, Gilchrist had a significant impact for Punjab during 2011-13, scoring a total of 849 runs in 34 matches. In this innings he scored a century and four half-centuries, demonstrating his consistency and ability to lead from the front. Under Gilchrist’s captaincy, Punjab finished 5th in 2011 and 6th in 2012 and 2013, indicating the challenges for the team to achieve higher placings in those seasons.

Preity’s aloo paratha revelation
Another fan asked her if she still makes potato parathas for her team. In response, Preity said that it happened only once and that too South Africa and after that she didn’t do anything anymore. Preity further wrote that she is a big foodie herself. She likes to eat her favorite food. But if that doesn’t happen, she starts cooking herself. The same thing happened back then too. She just asked everyone. Everyone said yes, so she made parathas with the help of the chef.

Once a similar incident occurred when she made a condition. In 2009, during the IPL season, the team did not like the parathas served in a hotel. So she put a condition in front of the team. She said if the team won the next game, she would make parathas for everyone. The team won the game and Preity Zinta made parathas for everyone.
