It’s not every day that you get married in front of the Great Pyramids of Egypt! Bilt Rewards founder Ankur Jain and former WWE Diva Erika Hammond tied the knot on Friday in front of the Great Sphinx with the pyramids in the background.
The couple celebrated their stunning wedding in front of 150 close friends and family members. The ceremony was conducted by Dr. Zahi Hawass, a leading Egyptologist.
Singer and violinist Lindsey Stirling and singer Robin Thicke performed at the reception at the Pyramids while guests dined. Griffin was a DJ at the event and guest Lance Bass of N’SYNC jumped on stage to sing the boy band hit “Bye Bye Bye,” while Hammond was on stage and real estate agent Ryan Serhant joined in.
“It was truly the wedding of the century,” one wedding guest tells ET. “Ankur and Erika work so hard, so it was great to be able to celebrate their wedding with them under one of the most famous wonders in the world.”
Guests were treated to a spectacular fireworks display throughout the night with the pyramids in the background, acrobats and other artists.
For her ceremony dress, Hammond wore a stunning sheer Rahul Mishra gown with gold details and a long train.
For the after-party, Hammond donned a custom Grete Henriette mini dress with gold tassel beads.
The epic wedding weekend began with a safari dinner in the South African jungle before the bride, groom and guests were flown to Egypt on private jets. This was followed by a welcome reception on the theme of “Modern Cairo” at the Muhammad Ali Palace in Cairo. The next day, the couple hosted a private tour of the Great Pyramids and the Great Sphinx for their guests.
The couple first met at Hammond’s Rumble Boxing Gym. People reported, and got engaged in November 2022.
