Faf you Plessisthe veteran South African cricketer, continues to lead Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024. Since being acquired by RCB for INR 7 Crore in the IPL 2022 Mega Auction, du Plessis has proven to be a valuable asset to the team.
He started his IPL journey in 2012 with Chennai Super Kings (CSK), where he played until 2021, du Plessis was a consistent performer. His outstanding performance of 86 runs in the 2021 IPL final earned him the Player of the Match award, highlighting his crucial role in the team’s successes.
He has already scored 288 runs in 10 innings for RCB this season, with a top score of 62.
