According to a recent report in Hindustan Times, a source close to Parineeti and Raghav’s family recently shared the complications the politician faced that could have reportedly robbed him of his sight. According to the source, Raghav had a hole in one retina, which had led to complications so severe that he might even potentially lose his eyesight. The source added that doctors had recommended surgery, but there was no guarantee if the problem would be resolved. The source shared that the operation was risky and mentioned:
“Raghav Chadha is still in London. He is on complete bed rest. He had a hole in one of his retinas which led to some complications due to which he could have lost his eyesight. Because of this, he had to undergo surgery.” Before the operation, there was no guarantee that the problem would be solved. However, the surgery went well and he is on the road to recovery.

According to the same source, Raghav Chadha is completely resting in bed and has even been asked to avoid sunlight. According to the source, the politician is not in the hospital but is receiving medical treatment. The surgery went well and his vision is perfect at the moment. On when Raghav is expected to return to India, the source shared:
“His eyesight is perfect. He’s in London, but not in a hospital. He was advised bed rest and to avoid leaving the house or going into the sun. The treatment is ongoing and includes eye drops and medication. He must.” Visit the doctor twice a week for eye tests and checkups. He will come to India only when the doctors give him the green light. He is trying to work from bed while he heals, but it will take a few more weeks to return to work physically.

In the concluding part of the interview, the source revealed that although Parineeti was very busy with the release of her film, Amar Singh Chamkila, She made sure to stand next to her husband and visited him in London every now and then.
