In the next window you can download the software according to your environment. You can download HelpWire for MacOS, Windows or Linux environments. I choose the Windows option. You can select the option you want and click “Download Now”.

The HelpWire setup will download. After downloading, double-click helpwire_setup.exe to start the installation process. A new window is opening up. Click “Run” to start the process.
