Gold Resource Corporation Will Postpone the Release of Its First Quarter 2024 Results

DENVER – Gold Resource Corporation (NYSE American: GORO) (the “Company”) today announced that it is postponing the release of its first quarter 2024 financial results to allow time to complete its first quarter audit procedures.

The preliminary results announced on April 15, 2024 remain unchanged. The conference call will take place on Friday, May 3, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time (10:00 a.m. Mountain Time).

The call will be recorded and posted on the Company’s website later in the day following the conclusion of the call. Following the prepared remarks, Allen Palmiere, President and Chief Executive Officer, Alberto Reyes, Chief Operating Officer and Chet Holyoak, Chief Financial Officer, will host a live question and answer (Q&A) session.
