Exactly one year after Haley Pullos arrested for her involvement in a wrong-way accident on the highwaythe previous General Hospital Star has surrendered to the Pasadena City Jail for 90 days, ET can confirm.

Pullos’ attorney, Mark Daniel Melnick, told the station that the soap star will also be ordered to serve five years of probation, 200 hours of community service and $8,260 in fines. $1,000 in compensation to Courteney Wilder, the other driver involved in the accident.
“Haley is very grateful to the court for a minimum sentence and for recognizing her remorse and the progress she has made in her sobriety,” Melnick said in a statement to the medium.
Pullos is scheduled to be sentenced on July 29.
As already reported, the On April 29, 2023, a hit-and-run occurred in Pasadena, California. Accordingly TMZ, who first reported the news, Pullos collided head-on with another car traveling at about 60 miles per hour. When the California Highway Patrol arrived at the scene of the highway collision, Pullos was pulled from her car by the claws of life. The other driver was reportedly taken to hospital with serious injuries.
Pullos was charged with two felonies: Felony driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage resulting in injury, felony driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent resulting in injury, and negligent hit-and-run resulting in property damage.
In a statement to ET, the DA’s office said: “Drunk driving continues to be a major problem in our communities, claiming thousands of innocent lives each year. The charge against Haley Pullos for drunk driving resulting in injury underscores the seriousness of this alleged crime. As we approach the Fourth of July holiday weekend, we must be aware of the increased danger of drinking and driving during this time. Let us remain vigilant and make responsible decisions to ensure a safe and joyful celebration, free from the devastating consequences of impaired driving.”
Chicken entered a rehabilitation treatment facility after the crash, telling Soap Opera Digest In May 2023, she announced that she was stepping down from the role of Molly Lansing-Davis General Hospital after he was involved in the collision and “needed a little time to recover.”
Pullos has portrayed the character since 2009. Pullos was originally replaced by actress Holiday Mia Kriegel, who took on the role from May 25 to July 14, 2023.
On July 19, 2023, the role of Molly was recast again, this time with actress Brooke Anne Smith. The actress portrayed the character until September 25, 2023.
On September 27, 2023, Molly was recast again with actress Kristen Vaganos, who has held the role permanently since then.
