Fans Are Renaming Drake’s Mansion to “Kendrick’s House” on Google Maps

Kendrick Lamar fans have renamed Aubrey “Drake” Graham’s famous mansion in Ontario’s Bridle Path region as “2024 Kendrick’s House” on Google Maps as the rappers enter her home fourth week in a row lyrical battle. DJ Akademiks, a live streamer who closely follows the rap beef, noticed first the Google Maps change in a tweet on Sunday afternoon.

The rap dispute between Kendrick and Drake, largely expressed through diss tracks posted on social media, took a turn this weekend when Kendrick released the single “Not Like Us,” which featured a photo of Drake’s house with additional contained symbols representing the locations of a sex offender as the Cover art on YouTube. Drake’s house was previously listed as “Owned by Kendrick,” but now it says “2024 Kendrick’s House.” Several tongue-in-cheek location titles have emerged in and around Drake’s mansion, based on Kendrick’s repeated claims that Drake is a sexual predator.

The entire Bridle Path neighborhood, an affluent residential area outside Toronto where Drake has lived for years, was defaced on Google Maps sometime this weekend. A house near Drake’s home was named “Zesty Drake,” while another was titled “kendrickownsdrake.” A forest across the street has been renamed “Money Trees” to reference Kendrick’s 2012 viral sensation. Other nearby homes were titled “CertifiedKidLover,” “Kendrick’s Pool” and “ChildMOE-lester.”

While rap beefs have been intense in the past, Kendrick and Drake’s beef featured a quick back and forth of diss tracks. There seem to be more serious accusations every week. Now the problem is exploding on Google Maps. Last week, Kendrick released “Meet The Grahams,” which includes lines alluding to Drake being a child molester and having an unclaimed 11-year-old daughter.

On Sunday, Drake dropped “The Heart Part 6,” responding that his team set up the story about an unclaimed daughter, noting that “we made you tell a story that doesn’t exist.” Drake also said : “If I were fucking young girls, I promise I would have been arrested,” and called out Kendrick for spreading lies about him.

While Drake has been raving about life in Bridle Path for years, releasing a song titled “7AM on Bridle Path” in 2021, Kendrick appears to have confirmed his exact address with his latest dissident track. A drake tweet from Sunday reads: “We know you’ll stop 6 minutes later, so instead of publishing my address, you have a lot to discuss.”
