Hack for easy drumstick soup

In this recipe, I have shared a recipe that involves cooking the drumsticks separately and removing the meat from them. The meat is then pureed to form the base of the soup. But if you don’t have that much time, you can follow this simple trick for making drumstick soup.

Cut the leg into small pieces, cook it and put the whole leg, skin and all, in a blender. Puree until a smooth mixture is formed. Now you can strain the broth and prepare the soup. This method allows you to get the maximum flavor from the drumsticks, but the only downside is that the soup is thin. But flavors will still be there.
