Delhi-based fashion influencer Nancy Tyagi left everyone in awe as she walked the red carpet at the 77th Cannes Film Festival. The debutante put her “heart and soul” into her Cannes debut outfit. She designed a pink ruffled dress that weighed more than 20 kg. However, Nancy Tyagi, a Delhi-based fashion influencer who stitched outfits from scratch, stunned everyone when she walked the red carpet in a pretty dress. Recently we came across a video of Nancy speaking in Hindi and showing that she feels great as her dream wasn’t that big. She was quoted as saying:
“It feels very good, even my dream wasn’t that big, it looks like I just ate something. And it feels very bad.”

When the interviewer asked Nancy what she was wearing, Nancy replied in Hindi that she had sewn the outfit herself. She added that it took her a month to design the outfit and that an average of 1,000 meters of fabric was used to make her pretty ensemble.
“I made this outfit myself, it’s my design and I made it in a month. 1000 meters of average (the fabric used to make it) happened.”
As soon as the video went viral, netizens flooded the comments section. One user wrote: “The fact that she carries her native language so gracefully!” Another commented: “She just nailed it and is proud that she spoke in her native language and had someone translate it.” One the netizen commented: “Proud, proud, proud!!!! Nancy Tyagi’s journey began in the busy streets of Sarojini Nagar market, where she often searched for materials for her designs. And then she filmed YouTube tutorials on how to make outfits from scratch. Nancy came from Bhaghpat district in Uttar Pradesh, India. But her life took a turn when she moved to Delhi for UPSC coaching. But then the pandemic took over and Nancy’s passion for fashion grew stronger.
