Delhi Capitals (DC) captain Rishabh Pant drew attention ahead of the match against Rajasthan Royals (RR) in the ongoing 2024 Indian Premier League (IPL) season. Rishabh Pant has liked a post on social media suggesting him to play for another franchise in the Indian Premier League.
Rishabh Pant is currently leading the Delhi Capitals in the ongoing season. The Delhi team is sixth in the 10-team points table and has picked up five wins in 11 league games. The team must win the remaining three games to secure a spot in the tournament’s playoffs.
The wicketkeeper-batsman returned to competitive cricket in the ongoing IPL 2024 after a 15-month absence due to multiple injuries sustained in a car accident in December 2022. The left-handed hitter underwent surgeries and extensive rehabilitation before making his comeback with the Capitals.
The 26-year-old batsman has performed consistently this season, scoring 398 runs in 11 matches at an impressive average of 44.22 and a strike rate of over 150. Pant has scored 270 runs in six matches at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. including two fifties and a best score of 88 unbeaten runs.

Rishabh Pant is all set to return to international cricket in the 2024 T20 World Cup, making his first appearance for India since December 2022.
