According to the outlet, Toronto police announced the shooting via X, formerly known as Twitter. Authorities said the incident occurred at a residence near Bayview Avenue and Lawrence Ave E.
Additionally, the incident reportedly occurred around 2:09 a.m. and the suspect is said to have fled the scene in a vehicle. Police also reported that a man was transported to a hospital “with serious injuries.”

Was Drake injured?
According to TMZ, the identity of the injured man is currently unclear. Additionally, the outlet adds that the person’s connection to Drake is also unknown.

According to the outlet, police have cordoned off the area near Drake’s Toronto and are currently investigating the incident at the scene. The rapper has not yet publicly addressed the incident at his home.
