It sounds like Beyoncé made some “rules” for Jay-Z that saved her marriage.
On Beyoncé’s new album Cowboy CarterFans are once again reminded of Jay-Z’s infidelity.
Some responded with a question WHOIn fact, he’s trying to steal Queen Bey’s husband. Others simply wonder if this is an ongoing problem.
A new report says that’s not the case, thanks to Beyoncé setting some marital boundaries to stop Jay-Z from straying again.
Beyonce and Jay-Z had their problems
Start with… lemonadeBeyonce exposed Jay-Z’s alleged cheating through her music.
Cowboy Carter is no exception. In particular, Beyonce’s cover of “Jolene” appears to be a nod to Jay-Z’s wandering gaze — among other body parts.
Even Jay-Z addressed the sensitive topic on his album: 4:44back in 2017.
However, a report from In touch weekly says Jay-Z hasn’t had an affair in a while.
The inside source says this period of fidelity is the result of Jay-Z adhering to Beyonce’s guidelines for their marriage.
“At the end of the day, Jay is very grateful that she didn’t give up on him then,” the insider confirmed.
Apparently, Beyonce’s rules have kept Jay-Z in check and their marriage intact
“So he shows his respect by following their rules,” the source described in the report.
“He went out with the boys all the time,” the insider shared.
“But,” the source continued, “that’s taboo these days.”
In addition, there are a few other limitations that have less to do with his social life with the boys and more to do with his professional life.
“And Beyonce doesn’t like him having one-on-one meetings with his female talent,” the insider reported.
Normally this would be an unhealthy or downright toxic rule. However, when it comes to two spouses who have had problems in their marriage and are trying to make it work, sometimes it makes sense to set additional boundaries.
But Jay-Z does more than just avoid temptation
According to the report, Beyonce and Jay-Z make time for regular therapy sessions despite their busy schedules.
And, perhaps more importantly, for date nights. Otherwise, between their careers and their children, the two might feel less like spouses and more like roommates.
“They are working hard to make their marriage work,” the inside source concluded. “And they’ve been healthier since Beyoncé stepped foot.”
