If you’re looking for a budget-friendly, no-frills smart TV, check out this deal on the 40-inch Fire TV 2-Series from Amazon. As of April 12, the price on Amazon is down to just $178.99 – that’s $71 less than the usual retail price and $1 less than the previous all-time low price from last Cyber Monday. This TV doesn’t support 4K resolution (check out this feature on the 4 Series), but it does offer all the smarts of the Fire TV experience, hands-free control via built-in Alexa, and support for HDR 10, HLG, and Dolby Digital Audio. If you’re simply looking for a basic smart TV that looks good and won’t break your budget, this price is really hard to beat.
Returning to their all-time low price from Cyber Monday 2023, the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II offer great value at just under $200. Instead of a one-size-fits-all approach, these headphones are able to intelligently adjust noise cancellation and sound performance to suit your ears and your environment. They also come with three sets of ear tips and stability bands for ultimate comfort. We didn’t get a chance to test the latest version (although we did test the original QuietComfort earbuds and were big fans), but our friends at PCMag (which is owned by Mashable publisher Ziff Davis) gave them a 4.5-star review. The entry-level Galaxy Tab S8 (128GB, Wi-Fi) is at an all-time low of $418.56 at Amazon on April 12, a savings of 40%. Although it doesn’t offer as much screen real estate as the Plus or Ultra models at 11 inches, it still has much of the same hardware, including a 120Hz refresh rate, WiFi 6E, an ultra-wide 12MP front camera with auto-framing Technology, Dolby Atmos speakers and a 4nm chip. The 8,000 mAh battery also has a quick charge function that can bring an empty battery back to 100 percent in 80 minutes.
