It only takes 15 minutes to make these amazing, moist vegan almond butter blondes in one bowl. After mixing, just pour them into a baking pan and bake them to perfection.

This Blondies recipe is lightly sweetened, moist and buttery with flavors of vanilla and cinnamon. Use other flours or a gluten-free flour blend of your choice. If using a whole wheat flour in place of the white flour in this recipe, add 1 to 2 tablespoons less than the amount called for and only add more if the mixture is too wet.

  • 10 tablespoon (160 G) almond butter That’s ½ cup + 2 tablespoons. Use a dripping variety or another nut butter of your choice.
