Now we have got our hands on one of her ads in which she caught the attention of netizens and they started claiming that Alia is putting in a lot of effort to flaunt her dimples.

A Reddit user recently posted a video from Alia Bhatt’s advertisement for Cornetto India. In the video, she looked cute in a denim top with white prints. She paired her look with subtle makeup, including flushed and highlighted cheeks, thin strokes of eyeliner and nude lipstick. She had her hair down and looked pretty. The actress was heard replying what “OG fun” was for her. She explained that it was fun to do her work and rush home.

However, Alia’s video was shared by the Redditor with the caption: “Alia makes a weird face and tries too hard to look cute in an ad.” And as soon as it surfaced online, netizens once again made fun of her look. One user commented: “I also have dimples and they only appear when I talk or smile a certain way. Alia tries way too hard to show off her dimples which honestly doesn’t do anything to highlight her features but just makes her look silly.” However, in contrast, another netizen mentioned, “I don’t think she is goes to great lengths to show off her dimples. Her dimples are clearly visible when she speaks normally. I don’t want this to come across as fishy, but I really think she should get this checked out if not. I feel like it’s definitely some kind of disorder.

This is not the first time that Alia Bhatt has been criticized for something related to her face or her fashion sense. Previously, another Reddit user took to the discussion platform and shared a picture of Alia from the Ambnai soiree in March 2024. The same Reddit user also compared her recent pictures with stills from her debut film. Student of the Year. Soon, Alia started attracting negative attention because of the size of her lips. As soon as the post was shared, several netizens noted that Alia had lined her lips to achieve the plump effect, others spoke about how the actress had used minimal fillers and Botox to achieve the same result.

Not only that, when Alia was attacked at the Mumbai airport on May 14, 2023, netizens once again criticized her appearance. It was when Alia flew to Seoul to attend an event after being named global ambassador for luxury brand Gucci. For her trip that day, she wore a white top, loose denim pants and a long denim coat. But as soon as her pictures were shared on social media, netizens started comparing her looks with Deepika Padukone. She was also accused of copying Deepika’s airport fashion spree.
