In an interview with Rediff, Aditi Rao Hydari spoke about her experience of working with Sanjay Leela Bhansali in the web series: Constitution: The Diamond Bazaar. She was asked about her opinion on Sanjay Leela’s style of working with the stars. Contrary to the popular opinion that the filmmaker is a tough guy, the actress mentioned that he is an all-rounder full of human emotions, art, music and dance. Despite working for so many years, Aditi mentioned that Sanjay always wants to do better work, which inspires everyone else around him. She shared:
“He effortlessly manages to push you where you never thought you could go. He teaches you without actually sitting down with a Danda!”

Aditi Rao Hydari reveals why Sanjay Leela Bhansali asked her not to eat
In the same conversation, Aditi spoke about the long-running preparation of the web series and revealed some other unknown facts from her shooting days. She recalled how a fiery scene in the upcoming series’ trailer video was executed with utmost precision. For the same reason, Sanjay Leela Bhansali asked her not to eat food. Aditi also praised him for his immense passion and expertise and stated:
“One day he kept me hungry because I had to shoot a scene involving fire. He said, ‘Aaj khana mat khana,’ and that helped me develop this simmering feeling of injustice.”

Aditi and Siddharth reportedly started dating during the shooting of their 2021 film. Maha Samudram. Subsequently, the couple was spotted together at various events but it was only on March 27, 2024 that they confirmed their relationship to the public when reports came in that the duo has already got married in an intimate wedding at the Sri Ranganayaka Swamy Temple in Telangana. The next day on March 28, 2024, Siddharth, Aditi’s man of dreams, took to his IG account and posted a loving picture of the duo to announce their engagement. In the picture, Sidharth flaunted his platinum ring with a diamond in the center while Aditi took a look in the frame and flaunted her double diamond ring.

Aditi Rao Hydari once called her fiancé Siddharth her “manicorn”
Since then, the couple has been causing a stir in the city with their easy-going camaraderie. For example, on April 17, 2024, Aditi took to her Instagram account to wish her fiancé a happy birthday. She dropped some beautiful monochrome pictures with Siddharth and called him her ‘manicorn’. Aditi wrote:
“Happy birthday, my manicorn. Here’s to endless laughter, fairy dust and happiness on a loop. More power for you and everything you do. Crushed by your eternal cheerleader.”
