Director duo Abbas-Mastan recently revealed a surprising revelation about the making of the iconic film Baazigar, which sheds light on a controversial demand from music directors Nadeem-Shravan. According to the filmmakers, Nadeem-Shravan was initially asked to compose music for the film but declined the offer due to a personal issue with actress Kajol.

In a candid interview with Radio Nasha, Abbas recalled, “Nadeem-Shravan used to know us very well. We went to them and discussed the film. The reason why they backed out of the film, we can’t remember clearly.” However, Mastan remembered it vividly and said, “Nadeem-Shravan has a personal problem with Kajol and Tanuja ji. They asked us if We could change the female lead because we had already finalized Kajol and she had also signed the contract (not to do the film).'”
