Raquel Levis has sent a cease and desist letter to her Vanderpump Rules cast members.
According to TMZ, the Bravo personality threatened legal action against her co-stars if they shared the video that led to Ariana Madix’s breakup with Tom Sandoval last week.
here.
Let’s explain…

Maddix expressed support for her boyfriend of nine years last Wednesday at a Los Angeles concert attended by Sandoval and his band.
Sometime that night, Madix discovered a FaceTime video on Sandoval’s phone that depicted Leviss being intimate with Tom in some deeply inappropriate way.
Ariana started dumping Sandoval.
We’ve since learned through reports in People magazine and other outlets that Levis and Sandoval have been sleeping together for more than six months.

Now, back to stop and stop:
Leviss’ lawyers sent the letter to several Vanderpump Rules actors and friends on Monday — warning that the recording “was made illegally without Raquel’s knowledge or consent.”
The legal team pointed to the retaliation pornography law in California’s penal code, which prohibits “non-consensual pornography,” meaning it is a crime to invade another’s privacy and distribute such material.

Don’t you dare spread this FaceTime video around!

Only Sandoval and Levis were on the phone, but Levis’ attorneys told anyone in possession of the recording to immediately delete it from their phone, the cloud or “any other means or method by which the recording may exist.”
The end of the letter:
“This matter should be taken very seriously.”
Meanwhile, a Page Six source said last week that Maddix was “heartbroken” by the incident because she “didn’t know anything was wrong” in her nearly decade-long relationship with Sandoval.

Following the scandal, restaurateur Sandoval posted the following message on Instagram:
“Hey, I totally understand your anger and disappointment with me, but please leave [business partner] Schwartz, my friends and family got out of this situation.
“Schwartz only recently found out about this and absolutely does not condone my actions. This is a very personal matter. …
“Please direct your anger at me, not at [my partners]. They did nothing wrong. “

Moving on to Sandoval, another look at his career:
“I am sorry that my partners Greg, Brett and Schwartz and our staff had to suffer for my actions.
“Out of respect for my employees and partners, I will take a step back and pause.
“I need some time to work out everything else. Sorry about everything.”
