Leah Messer has been in the “teen mom” spotlight over the years and has been through a lot.
Fans watched as Leah battled drug addiction, endured two messy divorces, and raised three daughters, one of whom battled health issues throughout her life.
Leah’s engagement to Jaylan Mobley ended last year, and like every setback she’s faced in her adult life, she’s lived it out in the public eye.
Now, fans are starting to wonder if Leah has had enough of that life.

On Reddit and elsewhere, commenters are convinced that Leah has decided to leave the Teen Mom franchise.
But even among those who think Leah’s MTV era is over, there is widespread disagreement about why Ms. Messer decided to quit.
The more optimistic view is that Leah is following in Chelsea Hosk’s footsteps and going on to bigger things.

Last year, the rumor mill began to boil over in response to a social media post by Leah in which she appeared to hint that a major career change was imminent.
“I will be forever grateful for the memories, experiences, lessons, opportunities and friends/colleagues of being family over the years,” Messer wrote.
Needless to say, it sounds like her time as part of the Teen Mom franchise is over.

However, so far, Leah has been very active in Teen Mom: The Next Chaptera derivative created by combining casts teen mom and and Teen Mom 2.
However, Leah did not appear in the second season Teen Mom: Family Reunionthis fact caused concern among the fans.
“Where’s Leah?” one Reddit user asked.

“So does that mean Leah is no longer [Teen Mom] Franchise? another asked.
As far as we know, Leah simply decided not to play that season for personal reasons.
She didn’t make any statements about the future of her career, but she made it clear that she absolutely loves her show.

“I hate how much we miss out on with our kids these days,” she wrote recently on Instagram.
“My kids love filming and sharing our stories. I think after putting in 13 years and staying focused and sharing the toughest moments of our lives…my little family wants our own show/special or something .”
She couldn’t be more clear!

In fact, Leah has been one of the franchise’s most popular stars from the start.
MTV should probably give her what she wants before she takes her talents elsewhere!
