For the unaware, she secured a landslide victory for her candidature from Mandi, Himachal Pradesh in the recent Lok Sabha elections 2024. While there were many reports earlier that the actress might decide to quit acting and enter politics full-time, a recent revelation from the actress has drawn all attention to the possibility of this actually happening.

Kangana Ranaut is currently on a roll after scoring a resounding victory in the Lok Sabha elections. And now, in a recent media interview, the actress was asked about her plans to return to the city of Mumbai. She then bluntly noted how Himachal Pradesh has janmbhoomiwhere she will stay and continue to serve her people. Kangana added that she is not in the mood to go anywhere at the moment and said:

“As far as my departure to Mumbai is concerned, this is my Janmbhoomi and I will continue to serve the people here. I have always said that I will work as a soldier for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s goal of ‘Sabka Sath Sabka Vikas’. So, I am not going anywhere. Maybe someone else will have to pack up and leave. I am not going anywhere.”

“Yes… many filmmakers tell me that we have a good heroine, please don’t go. I may behave well, but that’s also a nice compliment. I take it in stride.”
