Allsec Technologies to merge with Quess Corp in an all stock deal



The company Allsec Technologies will merge with the company Quess Corp for staffing and outsourcing services with technology involved in an all-stock deal, the companies said in a joint statement on Wednesday.

If the scheme becomes effective, all Allsec subsidiaries will become Quess’s subsidiaries.

“The Board of Directors of Allsec Technologies and Ques Corp. at their respective meetings held on June 22, 2022, approved the Amalgamation Scheme which provides, inter alia, for the merger of Allsec into Ques (Schema),” the joint statement said. .

Public shareholders of Allsec will receive 74 shares of Quess for every 100 shares held in Allsec.
