The accused, Jhandu Shah alias Manoj who is a resident of the Giridih district of Jharkhand and worked here as a driver, has been arrested, they said.

The condition of two of the five people who sustained burn injuries is said to be critical, police said, adding that the incident took place in the early hours of Tuesday in the Madhu Vihar area of ‚Äč‚Äčeast Delhi.

Police said they had received information about the incident and alerted the Delhi fire brigade.
