The UEFA Champions League quarter-final second leg between Real Madrid and Chelsea starts on Tuesday. Los Blancos held the lead after their surprise 3-1 victory over Stamford Bridge last week, with superstar striker Karim Benzema producing his second hat-trick in his last two UCL games. A loss by one goal or better will be enough for Real to advance to the semi-finals, while the reigning champions with two goals will have to win just to force extra time. Here are our stories, how to watch the match and more:
How to see and odds
Date: Tuesday 12 April | Time: 3 p.m. ET
Location: Estadio Santiago Bernabeu – Madrid, Spain
TV and live stream: CBS and Paramount +
Odds: Real Madrid +140; Draw +245; Chelsea +190 (via Caesars Sportsbook)
Real Madrid: Former Chelsea striker Eden Hazard has been ruled out with fibula fissure. But the great absence is that of central Eder Militao. He picked up a yellow card in the first stage, which resulted in a suspension of cards. As a result, expect Nacho to appear alongside David Alaba.

Chelsea: Again, the Blues are fit, apart from the long-term absence of Ben Chilwell due to a broken cruciate ligament. The big decision for Thomas Tuchel is how he put his team in attack. They have barely used Romelu Lukaku lately, and he will not even be an option as he is missing due to injury. That they will miss the big advance, as usual, and although it will be an offensive lineup, we will have to see exactly how offensive. The expectation would be for Kai Havertz to start and lead this frontline. America’s Christian Pulisic is also one to watch after scoring in the semi-finals at Real last season.
With all the momentum, real Chelsea put away with Benzema again. Choose: Real Madrid 2, Chelsea 1
