The hype surrounding the marriage of Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt is at an all-time high. Bollywood celebrities would get married in the coming days. Because confusion over Ranbir and Alia’s wedding date seems like a jigsaw puzzle, new reports suggest the duo have decided to postpone their marriage. Earlier it was said that the Bramhastra co-stars will tie the knot on April 14, however, now it seems that the dates have changed. After all, the couple made the decision with security concerns in mind.
Rahul Bhatt, in an interview with Aaj Tak, said that the actress will not take the big step on April 13 and 14 and has decided to change the date of her marriage to Ranbir. The couple has apparently decided to push the date further, as private information about their marriage has been leaked in the media.
However, he confirmed to the portal that was actually locked on April 14 for the wedding and other festivities of Ranbir and Alia.
“The dates earlier were the same, but after the information was leaked to the media, the dates were changed,” Rahul told the portal. “Security issues were also one of the reasons,” he said as he shared the reasons behind printing the wedding date.
Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are presumably ready to tie the knot this week in the presence of their family and close friends. However, so far there has been no official confirmation of the marriage date of both families.
Glimpses of the preparations at the actors home have added more to the media frenzy. The security team tied enormous white curtains between the fence of the building and a tree, which provided an important view from where the paparazzi could access the entrance of the apartment.
There were moments of jubilation when the battery of paparazzi designer clothes was discovered by renowned designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee, who was most commonly referred to as the “bride and groom’s wedding dress”.
Meanwhile, the actors and their parents Neetu Kapoor and Mahesh Bhatt continue to shoot for their respective projects.
