Actor Priyanka Chopra has said she “wants to prioritize what is important” and added that peace at the moment is of the utmost importance to her. In a new interview, Priyanka also talked about her mother Madhu Chopra and husband-singer Nick Jonas and how proud they are of her. Priyanka appeared for the first time on a magazine cover since the birth of her baby.
Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas, last month, became parents of their first child by surrogacy. By taking their respective Instagram accounts, the couple shared the news. “We are pleased to confirm that we have welcomed a baby through surrogacy. We respect privacy in this special time as we focus on our family. Thank you very much,” the statement read.
In a new interview with Harper’s Bazaar Arabia, Priyanka said: “Given the devastation that this pandemic has caused around the world, I think peace is of paramount importance at the moment. And I know that in my life that has become my quest. That’s all I’m looking for. I’m looking for people who give love, I’m looking for people who are peaceful. I’m going to treat myself to just fun and light. And you know, I think I’m and as a human being it changed me because I’m sure it changed most of us.I do not know if I can do that galactic pace and chaotic world anymore.I want to give priority to which is important. “
Speaking about her mother Madhu and husband Nick, she added, “I feel best when I look at my mother, when I do something, my mother just has this face, that’s like the ‘proud mother’ face.
