Mississippi Gov. Tate Reeves, a Republican, responded Tuesday night after Fox News host Laura Ingraham asked him about coronavirus-related mandates issued in blue states and cities run by Democratic Party politicians.
Reeves responded to “The Ingraham Angle” by drawing a stark contrast between the Democrats’ approach and the steps taken by Republican leaders.

TATE REEVES: I’m afraid they will continue to issue lockdowns, do mandates, make demands in blue cities, in blue states as long as they can maintain control, because, if you think about it, the National Democratic Party believes in centralized decision making, while we believe in the individual and tell people the truth and let them make the best decisions for themselves.
